Falklands Building Services, part of The Falkland Islands Company have an immediate vacancy for a Construction Manager.
The ideal candidate would be energetic self-motivated and have minimum of five years’ experience managing construction projects. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge of timber framed construction methods, be computer literate, have sound commercial judgement and have a history of strong man management with evidence of successful project completions to budget.
Duties will include the day to day management of Falklands Building Services staff, liaising with clients, preparation of quotations and assisting and deputising for the Director of Construction during periods of leave.
