A wide range of land and property is owned by FIC Ltd. most of which is owned freehold.
In addition to our stores, jetty, automotive workshops and hotels the Company owns properties that are rented out or held for future development.
Land is also owned on the Airport Road and with deep water frontage to Falkland Sound.
These properties are utilised to provide rental accommodation.
The land held will provide the Company with a base for future developments and should there be a rapid growth in the population, oil or mineral discovery, it will put FIC Ltd in a position to take immediate advantage of the opportunities that may arise.
