Tara Francis, who has been our West Store manager and latterly our manager across all of our retail businesses has been appointed to the Board of Directors as the company’s Retail Director.
Tara is our first ever female Director and brings with her a wealth of operational and client service experience in the Falklands. The Board of FIC look forward to her continuing influence in the future direction of the Company.
Tara commented “I am really proud to be given this opportunity after having worked within FIC for 21 years. I am also proud to be the first woman to join the board of FIC and see this as a reward for the hard work and dedication I have shown to the company over the last 21 years. I have always been passionate about the company. I look forward to supporting Kevin in his new role and continuing to work with the great team of people that make up FIC as we all continue to deliver and develop FIC business for the benefit of our customers and the islands.”
