We are delighted to announce that Mark has been promoted to Supervisor of the West Store, Mark joined FIC as a customer service assistant and has been looking after our customers and delivering great service ever since, He will now join Michelle and Jake in leading the West Store team and striving for even greater standards of service for our customers, well done Mark!
