COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Set up in 2004 as the Charity Committee, the renamed Community Engagement Team has donated over £250,000 to various local charities, sporting groups and events. These have taken the form of monetary donations, prizes, purchases of equipment and sponsorships.
The Community Engagement Team has a dedicated Facebook page to showcase our support of these initiatives and we encourage members of the community to approach us if they believe we can be of assistance. We were very pleased to present a cheque to Chris from FIODA for £250. Chris did a fantastic job assisting us in lighting up our Christmas Party last December. The funds will be used to purchase new equipment.
